Biography:

       The Cold War led to the Soviet Union developing a number of other-than-human living weapons to unleash on the United States. One of these lethal super-spies was the Red Leech. It was defeated by the original Captain Jupiter but a piece of it survived and regenerated in the Union City sewers. It now lurks beneath the streets and in the subway tunnels like a villainous urban legend. It is massive, powerful, and can absorb life-force from its victims.
