Biography:

       The Oil Baron was Harry Teag, a major player in oil drilling in Texas. He was a direct competitor of Wrangler's Travis Oil and he personally pushed to open up a large field that had been contaminated by a mysterious chemical spill. When one of the wells struck Harry was sprayed by the mutagenic oil and was turned into a sentient creature made of thick, black crude oil. He was stopped by Wrangler and became a mortal enemy of the superpowered Texan. He is a viscous liquid being who is flammable and furious.
