Biography:

The Lord of Night is a mysterious figure with demonic connections. He can manifest shadowy apparitions and seems to have some kind of infernal power. He was a larger-than-life villain in the 1960's, clashing with the Vanguard and teaming up with Puck to sell the soul of Union City itself. The Lord of Night was banished by the Eternal Magus for this and disappeared from Union City for years. In the late 1970's a new nightspot opened downtown in U.C. called the Hades Club. It was the most happening club in town and even attracted a super-criminal clientele. There were rumors about the owner and only years later was it revealed that the club was owned and operated by none other than the Lord of Night. He was seemingly law-abiding but his club was host to all sorts of illicit activities and rumored to be a safehouse for supervillains. By the 1980's the Lord of Night launched his own line of bed sheets and diet pills. He did cheesy infomercials and got even richer as the Hades Club became a hub for all sorts of drugs, some even from other realms. He became a rich businessman, despite his demonic appearance but always ruled from his place of power, the private table in the back of the Hades Club. This was true even when he had the "Hottest Night Club" reality show which filmed six-hundred and sixty-six episodes from the Hades Club as hosted by the Lord of Night himself. He often DJs and has magnums of champagne with Dr. Necronomicon, Gorthun Gom, and Big Paulie T-Rex. What plans and plots he may have are shrouded mystery but what is for sure is that anyone who makes a deal with the Lord of Night is going to pay a price.
