Biography:

       One of Union City's iconic street gangs, they operate out of Todtgarten Cemetery. The Cemetery Dogs wear face make-up when they first join but when they become lifetime members they get their faces tattooed. The members are exclusively non-powered, taking pride in the fact that they're strong together, even as regular humans.
